What we’re doing to keep you and our staff safe:
We have added to our already stringent cleaning protocols. Gloves are being changed by kitchen staff continually throughout the day, after every contact with food. After preparing a dish, they wash their hands, don fresh gloves, and then prepare the next dish. All cooking areas are sanitized regularly throughout each shift. Hand sanitizer is used by all staff after every contact with every surface. If a staff member steps outside, they sanitize their hands because they have touched a doorknob. With food deliveries, our waitstaff sanitize their hands prior to picking up the packaged food, and then again when they reach their destination, before picking up the packaged food to bring it to the door. Our only contact with our customers is handing them food at their homes, or out in the parking lot, and this is being done with as much distance as possible.
